You can send files as share-link via email or other apps linked with Sendy.
Once created, the share-link is valid for 48 hours by default. If you upgrade to Sendy PRO or Sendy Business, by using Add-on, you can set an expiration date freely within 1 month from the share-link create date.
You can share up to 10GB at once. When you upgrade to Sendy PRO or Sendy Business, you can share more big size files, up to 50 GB at once.
All links that you created on any device signed in the same account are displayed in ‘My Link’ list and can be managed.

Send share-link to email
- Enter an email address of the people to receive the files. (Up to 10 people)
- Write title and contents and then click [Send] at the bottom.
Send share-link to Slack
- Click Slack icon, then click ‘Add...’. Sign in to Slack to link with Sendy.
- Select channel or direct message recipient that you want to send the files to.
- Write title and contents and then click [Send] at the bottom.
Send share-link to Chatwork
- Click Chatwork icon, then click ‘Add...’. Sign in to Chatwork to link with Sendy.
- Select a personal or group chat channel that you want to send the files to.
- Write title and contents and then click [Send] at the bottom.
Create Share-link
When you click [Send] right now after attaching files, the link will be created and viewed in My Link list. You can also copy and paste it into another Messenger's message to share it.
[ Mobile App ]
Select files, tap [send] and then select then Transfer type.
Send share-link to email
1. Select ‘Email’ for transfer type.
2. Enter an email address of the people to receive the files, (Up to 10 people)
3. Write a title and contents. (Optional)
4. Tap [Send] at the top right corner of the screen to send the message.
Create share-link
1. Select ‘Create link’ for transfer type.
2. Tap [Send] at the top right corner of the screen to create a share-link.
Send share-link to messenger
1. Go to My link menu.
2. Tap the 3 dots icon at the right of the link you want to send.
3. Tap ‘Export’ on the bottom menu and select the messenger app you want to send share-link to.
* You can also share a link you created by copying and pasting it into a message on social media or messenger.
⚠ Note
* All the files get deleted from the server once it expires for security reasons.
* Link that causes excessive traffic may be blocked in order to maintain the quality of service.
