You can choose whether your billing cycle of Sendy PRO is 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
However, to change to a billing cycle that is downgrade than the current billing cycle, you can do only if the next payment date remains less than 30 days.
Please remember, when changing it, you will be billed right away and the billing cycle you choose will be effected immediately. Your regular billing date will also be changed.
Sign in to your Sendy PRO account and click to [Change billing cycle] to be taken directly to your change page. Select your desired billing cycle and click 'Change billing cycle' at the bottom of the page.
Or, change your billing cycle by following these steps:
- Sign in to your Sendy PRO account you want to change your billing cycle.
- Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan & Billings in the left menu.
- Click ‘Change plan’ in the Account Type section.
- Scroll down and Click ‘Change billing cycle’ at the bottom.
- Select your desired billing cycle and click 'Change billing cycle' at the bottom of the page.
● Sendy Business / Sendy Advanced
You will be charged monthly and cannot change your billing cycle.
If you subscribed to a plan from iOS app
You will be charged yearly and cannot change your billing cycle.
