If you subscribed to a plan on website
If you cancel your plan, the use period according to your billing cycle will be maintained and you don't get a refund of the payment you already paid.
However, if you do not have a service history after payment, you can get a refund within 7 days of payment. Please contact at Sendy Support Team. (It will be the refund amount excluding 1% of the pay commission.)
If you subscribed to a plan from iOS app
The refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. All refunds are managed directly by Apple. Please contact the Customer Support channel on Apple App Store.
